Where My Story Begins

The beginning of my university journey was a turning point in my life. It took me away from my home, family, and everything I knew, but it also pushed me towards something that brought me inner strength, mental clarity, and peace – the gym.
Like many people, walking into and staying at the gym was daunting. But I kept returning because it allowed me to focus on how I felt from within after each session. I embraced the journey and appreciated the value of movement, health, and well-being beyond my physical appearance.

Before I knew it, my passion for health and well-being became my purpose, and it started consuming my dreams and visions for my future self. It became my reason for waking up in the morning, and I wanted to help others realise the same feeling through positive movement.

Fitness is often looked at as something you have to take time out to do. That’s where the transition begins. I help you realise that fitness is about putting time into yourself to see the outcomes that keep you motivated.
For SheLifts 1:1 Exclusive Coaching, we begin with a virtual consultation, during which I learn about your fitness goals, the style of exercise that suits your starting point, and the foods you enjoy eating. I then use this information to create a workout and meal plan based on your preferences.
For a more independent approach to your fitness journey, the Premium Subscription gives you the flexibility and freedom to build your own program using the resources you’ll gain access to through the app-based membership. You will also have access to current and upcoming set programs and challenges designed to help you shift away from stop-start cycles, achieve an end-goal-driven mindset, and beat procrastination.
